Starting point : Perseigne Belvédère

The Belvédère, located in the heart of the 5000 hectare Perseigne forest, proudly claims to be the highest point in the Sarthe department. From its summit, a 360 degree panoramic view of the forest can be enjoyed, taking in Alençon and the Ecouves range to the north.

Alençon : Maison d'Ozé protected fruit orchard

n the heart of Alençon's old town, you'll find this little garden which is open to the public and covers 85 square metres. It nestles at the foot of one of the oldest of the town walls and among its more famous varieties you will find the Alençon fig and the "Doyenne d'Alençon" pear trees.
