At the beginning of the 20th century, there were more than 200 people making clogs in Neufchâtel-en-Saosnois, a small village on the edge of the Perseigne forest. The Clog Museum has a display of tools used in clog making and also a collection of items used in woodcutting and carpentry. You never know, you might end up with a pair of clogs for yourself...
